Clients or other users like travel and tour operators can post queries related to homestay services provided by members of Kerala HATS. In return, homestay operators can respond suitably to queries from clients. Client as well as homestay service providers should provide relevant contact details to ensure hassle-free communication in future.

The ‘Message Board’ is not a platform for advertising the service specialities of any homestay operator; but is a means for responding to genuine queries from potential clients.
